Callum Hudson-Odoi, a winger, is reputedly valued at £40 million by Nottingham Forest.
On the final day of the summer transfer window of the previous year, the 23-year-old made a £5 million transfer from Chelsea to the club.
In his debut season at the club, he made an impression in front of goal in the Premier League, tallying eight goals in 29 games.
At least three teams, including ones from the Premier League, have reportedly expressed interest in signing the Englishman, according to The Athletic.
The same source claims that teams value him at least eight times more than what they paid for him, thus they may be obliged to pay a high price for his services.
Prior to joining Nottingham Forest, Hudson-Odoi had two unsuccessful seasons. In 2021–22, he made 15 appearances for Chelsea; the following year, he spent 14 months on loan at Bayer Leverkusen.
His career took a boost after he moved to Forest, and he is reportedly content playing for Nuno Espirito Sa’ntos team and isn’t looking to leave.
Hudson-Odoi was reportedly attracting interest from Tottenham last month as Ange Postecoglou wants to improve his team’s attacking options following his team’s exclusion from the Champions League.
Although Hudson-Odoi made three senior games for England in 2019, he hasn’t played for the Three Lions since due to his pre-Forest issues.
Hudson-Odoi scored more goals for Forest last season than anybody else save Chris Wood (15), yet the winger would have preferred more assists than the two he received during the 2023–24 campaign.
Earlier in the summer, Forest made a move, investing £35 million to acquire Newcastle’s highly-regarded midfield player Elliot Anderson. Odysseas Vlachodimos, the goalkeeper, was going the other way.&w=707&quality=100)

He will undoubtedly succeed wearing a Forest shirt, just like other players his age have.
