Strengthening the Team: Rochester Adams’ Standout Tight End Brady Prieskorn Chooses University of Michigan for Class of ’24.

In a significant development, the nation’s top tight end, Brady Prieskorn from Rochester Adams, has committed to the University of Michigan. This marks the culmination of an intense 18-month recruitment period during which Prieskorn rapidly ascended the prospect rankings, gaining momentum and exposure at an impressive pace, particularly for those in Metro Detroit familiar with high school football.

Prieskorn, a junior All-American, secured his spot as the No. 1 tight end in the country according to ESPN and 24/7 Sports. His commitment stands as Michigan’s eighth for the Class of 2024.

Described by 24/7 Midwest Football Recruiting Director Allen Trieu as possessing size, athleticism, and proficiency in all aspects of his game, Prieskorn is recognized as a home-run threat on every play and an exceptional blocker. His on-field performance is reflected in impressive statistics, including 25 receptions for 675 yards and 10 touchdowns in his junior year and 35 catches for 820 yards and 10 touchdowns in his sophomore campaign. Prieskorn has been instrumental in Adams’ success, contributing to a combined 23-3 record, including a state championship game appearance in 2021.

Standing at 6-foot-6, Prieskorn is a versatile hybrid pass catcher and an ironman on the field, playing both offense and defense. His prowess extends to the basketball court, where he averages 18 points and 10 rebounds as a stretch-4 forward. Notably, he recently led the Highlanders boys hoops team to their first regional title and quarterfinals appearance.

Despite receiving numerous scholarship offers from elite programs such as Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State, and Notre Dame, Prieskorn has chosen to join the Michigan Wolverines, further solidifying their Class of 2024.
